Welcome to Pradisi Retreat Center. By booking a retreat or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservation

  • All retreat bookings require a deposit or full payment to secure your reservation
  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from Pradisi
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed

1.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
  • Full payment is required 7 days before the retreat start date unless other arrangements have been made
  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Standard Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy allows for a full refund (minus processing fees) up to 30 days before the retreat start date. Cancellations within 30 days may be eligible for credit toward future retreats.

2.2 Cancellation by Pradisi

  • Pradisi reserves the right to cancel any retreat due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • In case of cancellation by Pradisi, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future retreat

2.3 No-Show Policy

  • Participants who fail to arrive without prior notice will forfeit their entire payment
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows

3. Health and Safety

3.1 Medical Conditions

  • Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions during the booking process
  • Pradisi reserves the right to refuse participation if we determine that our facilities or programs are not suitable for a participant’s needs

3.2 Physical Requirements

  • Our retreat center is located in a natural mountain environment with uneven terrain
  • Our facilities are not suited for people with limited mobility or those requiring wheelchair access
  • Participants should be in reasonable physical condition to navigate stairs, uneven paths, and outdoor areas

3.3 Medical Emergency

  • Participants are responsible for their own medical insurance and emergency medical costs
  • Pradisi will assist in coordinating emergency medical care but is not responsible for medical expenses

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk

4.1 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our retreats, you acknowledge and assume the risks inherent in:

  • Yoga and meditation practices
  • Outdoor activities and nature walks
  • Use of retreat facilities and equipment
  • Travel to and from the retreat location

4.2 Release of Liability

Participants agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Pradisi Retreat Center, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in retreat activities.

4.3 Personal Property

  • Pradisi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
  • Participants are advised to secure valuables and consider travel insurance

5. Conduct and Policies

5.1 Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other participants
  • Pradisi reserves the right to dismiss participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund

5.2 Substance Policy

  • Alcohol and recreational drugs are prohibited on the premises
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises (indoor or outdoor areas)

5.3 Dietary Accommodations

  • We provide vegetarian meals and can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice
  • Special dietary needs must be communicated during the booking process

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Photography and Media

  • Pradisi may photograph or record retreat activities for promotional purposes
  • Participants consent to the use of their likeness in marketing materials unless they opt out in writing

6.2 Teaching Materials

  • All retreat content, including teachings and materials, are proprietary to Pradisi
  • Recording or reproduction of content without permission is prohibited

7. Force Majeure

Pradisi shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Transportation disruptions

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used solely for retreat administration and communication. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as necessary for retreat operations.

9. Modifications

9.1 Program Changes

  • Pradisi reserves the right to modify retreat schedules, activities, or instructors as needed
  • Significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance

9.2 Terms Updates

  • These terms may be updated periodically
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in Colombia.
