How do I get to Pradisi from Medellín?

Pradisi is located approximately 2 hours from Medellín. We can arrange transportation from Medellín to our retreat center for an additional fee, or provide detailed instructions for public transportation options.

What should I bring to a retreat?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation, hiking shoes, a water bottle, sunscreen, insect repellent, and any personal items you may need. A detailed packing list will be provided upon booking.

Are your retreats suitable for beginners?

Yes, most of our retreats are designed to accommodate practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced. Our experienced facilitators provide guidance and modifications as needed.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us of your needs when booking, and our chef will prepare suitable alternatives.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy allows for a full refund (minus processing fees) up to 30 days before the retreat start date. Cancellations within 30 days may be eligible for credit toward future retreats.

Do you offer private rooms?

Most of our accommodations are private rooms. For certain retreats, we offer a shared room option for those on a budget.
